Depression

Looking out the window,
she looks down with a sigh,
what the hell is wrong with her,
why on earth does she cry,

she has what she needs,
a good life she follows,
but still she cries and cries,
and drowns all her sorrows,

a girl of depression,
who no-one understands,
a girls who fate lies,
in unstable hands,

unable to speak to anyone,
she carries on with the pain,
nobody understands this world,
that drives the girl insane,

she doesn't sleep at night,
for shes scared of her dreams,
they show her a world of madness and pain,
shes terrified to sleep,

she still lives her life,
and goes out everyday,
she forces an unhappy smile,
to hide the truth away.
