I wish it was tomorrow

by The Lion   Jul 20, 2006

I wish it was tomorrow

Today she tells me a secret of mine
Just what she slipped along to me.
No, I could not ask to expect.
Nor cryptic or so complex,
Just a small token of thought in her
voice she carried,
"I wish it was tomorrow",

In my head I echo,
I wish it was tomorrow too
If it was I'd be closer too,
us.
Maybe I had fallen on those words, for you.
