Piano Harmony (Terza Rima)

by LadyPearl   Jul 21, 2006

Soft river flowing across plentiful keys
Each fresh note A beautiful melodic tone
All lashing words and thundering come to cease

Pearl white hearthstone with the blackest midnight tone
Swaying to the sound of enlightening joy
Seated upon it's heaven's bright golden throne

Passionate voices speak from these fingers
Pounding around like dancing, sunset fires
Affectionate taste of glory still lingers

A blessed talent for the love of lovely tunes
Songs from the great Ceres, goddess of the moon

I loved the third stanza of your poem, it's so beautiful and so well written. I also loved the imagery, and the word choice is excellent.

    Great job!
