Ode to the fan
that kept me cool
on warm summer nights

Ode to the fan
that made alot of noise
to drown out all the fights

Ode to the fan
that dried my eyes
of tears

Ode to the fan
that blew away
all of my fears

Ode to the fan
that hypnotized me
making me have no feeling

Ode to the fan
that is secured
so strongly to the ceiling

Ode to the fan
that can support
my weight

Ode to the fan
that broke...
one second too late

    Wow for some reason when i read the first line i laughed.. but then as i read on{and noticed which category it was under} it really made me think.

    Oh and that pirate poem i wrote was actually inspired by a song by senses Fail called Rum is for drinking, not burning but it made me think of the pirates of the carribian.:).
