So soft- I can feel it

This poem was written for my daughter!

Laying craddled in my arms
your head on my chest
only a couple minutes old
milk flowing from my breast

Your skin I can feel,
the warmth we share
Laying here with me
A moment that is so rare

Softly suckling-
I love you dear
The wait is over,
you're finally here.
