To Say Goodbye

You made me mad,
you made me cry,
I felt the need
to say goodbye.

You pushed me down
when I was feeling great.
Then you tried to pull me back;
but you were too late.

Sometimes I wonder,
if we were still friends,
would you still insult me
or would we repair loose ends?

But what do I care?
I'm not going to try.
I'm not going back now.
