Just a shadow

You could try to help me,
But you choose to ignore.
You not blind to my struggle,
You just don't care anymore.

My pain is written on my arms,
Carved deeply in blood red.
But you've got more important things to worry about,
So you push me from your head.

I'm forced to carry this alone,
This unbearable, painful weight.
You still fail to realise,
You're slowly sealing my fate.
