Rest In Peace

by BeautifulxMess   Aug 13, 2006

One girl sits on her bed
crying, she was cheated
by the one she loved, and
now she feels like dying

She is home alone, her
mom is out with friends,
her dad is at work, the
night he roams.

Suddenly the phone rings,
quiet then loud on her bed,
besides her it lays.

She picks it up, her voice
cracks she says hello, it was
the one who was so very
shallow

He tells her he wants her back
he was wrong and, in her mind she
tell her self its the truth he
lacks

He says he misses her so
much and he won't do it again,
so then she tells him OK, and
they for the last time begin

Two weeks have passed, the
girls is with her friends at the
mall, she walks and laughs,
but then darkness falls

She sees him with another
girl she's not familiar to her,
and then she knows that he
is cheating again and thats
for sure

She runs home, once
again the only one,
finds the biggest knife and
writes to her dad and mom

She tells them she sorry
and that she had to go,
he cheated so many times
and I didn't even know

When she was done writing
the note, she runs to her
room, closes the door,
and says I don't want to
wait too soon

Rain comes down, she is quiet,
her breathing
deep is the only sound

She holds the knife with a
tough grip, down it comes,
she hears her heart beating
threw her ears, she lets it
slip

The knife goes threw her
throat, she is then still, then
she falls to the ground
and blood begins to spill.

Hours later the family
comes home, not expecting
the girl, they walk to
her room to here why the
dial tone is beeping on
the phone

They find their daughter
lying down on the floor,
the flesh from her body
is on the white carpet its
shown

They found the note and
read it aloud, they run to
the phone and call 911,
their baby girl is in
pain she isn't making a
sound

For hours they had to wait, to
hear if their little princess is
still awake

The doctor walks into the
waiting room, he sits them
down and says sorry theres
nothing we could do

She was too late I don't
want to put ya ll in this fate,
please don't think this is
a lie, I'm very sorry your
daughter died

In the waiting room the
family cries and screams,
the yells make a scene

Tears fall down their cheeks,
asking why God why did
he have to cheat

Days later it's her funeral,
her friends and family is
there, they are crying and
yelling this isn't fair

Every one started praying
for her to got to heaven,
she has lived threw enough
hell, please don't let her
go down were fire makes
her melt

One last look, they all surround
her she is in her coffin,
she is going some were better

Her family says their there
last words to her, then down
she will go in a hole full
of dirt! She gets deeper in,
she is fast asleep, so down
in her grave, she rest in peace
