The solitude

by martin metcalf   Aug 22, 2006

I feel lonely dream of death, people around me whens my last breath?

So many young men lie down in vain,

Yet I am trapped here writhing in pain,

Where are you god, when I need you?

There is no god here and I'm alone,

Let me die quietly and on my own...
