Fred

The tolling of the bell
Rang calling me from hell
The tolling of the bell
soldiers came to tell

The horror of their war
The laws we'll uphold we swore
But we saw so much gore
Politicians make their own law

We can tell you our story
If labour, liberal or tory
They won't come to mourn me
When my grave makes me free

From my memories in my head
making me wish I was dead
Try it yourself said my mate Fred
But that's something politicians dread
