She stares at me
like she knows
like she can stare into my soul
see the pain that lingers
like she can read my thoughts
sense my feelings
like she knows my actions
before i act
like she understands
her brown eyes stare into mine

she stares at me
like she knows
who i am
what i stand for
when even i don't know

she stares
