Love {Palindrome}

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   Aug 26, 2006

-Love-
Beating frantically,
Listening always.
Reflecting desire
Always needing
Joyfully touching
Minds and hearts
-Soul-
Frantically beating,
Always listening.
Desire reflecting
Needing always
Touching joyfully
Hearts and minds
Love

---------------------------------------

Palindrome- The carefully placed words form the same
sentence, whether it is read forward or backward. For example, 'Mirrored images reflect images
mirrored' which includes a word in the center as a reversal point for the sentence or even the poem.

A softer poem but it holds so much meaning in it. I think this was wasn't as strong as the one I read before but it was well written with the style you chose. The effect casted love in a pure form and the second part felt more like love's desire.

I really like how the first line of the poem describes a heart and love and the same time. And then it seems like the next line reflects ears and then next eyes, although I'm not sure if you meant it that way. Awesome! Very meaningful! 5/5
