A Hollow Death

by Anula   Aug 28, 2006

She strikes a pose
And cracks a smile
she jokes and laughs
And is happy for a while
The cameras flash
And the music blares
She looks like a godess
As everyone stares
Its 3 am
She\'s lucky she\'s walking
She stumbles from the club
So early that morninig
Half hour later
She\'s lying in bed
Tears in her eyes
Wishing she was dead
She looks to the mirror
And see\'s her reflection
She feels like a maggot
Yearning for perfection
She reflects back on life
And what she has become
A lowly anorexic addict
Reaking of rum
She steps to the window
And climbs to the ledge
Stares down with blankness
Memories through her head
She looks around
And breaths in the air
Steps form the edge
Falls without a care
She\'s found within seconds
A crowd stares wher she lay
No-one would guess
It would end this way
She lived an empty life
And died inside
Dies a hollow death
A beautiful Suicide
