Lost in this empty world
Left sitting in the rain
My heart is filled with fear
My heart is filled with pain

Hidden behind a smile
Showing no sign of distress
But what lingers deep down inside
Is what makes me so depressed

A heart filled with such sorrow
A heart filled with such rage
So many mixed feelings
You can neither see, nor explain

This world brings out my fury
This world reveals my pain
Only those who I hold dear
Can keep me feeling sane
