Single tear

Love is a four letter word,
and hate is one too.
there is someone i hate,
and that would be you.

you push me away,
and dismiss how i feel.
but i am a person,
and what i feel is real.

the pain you have put me through,
you will never know,
the hurt you have caused me,
i will never show.

and as i turn away,
you dont see my fear.
the emptiness inside me,
or when i shed that single tear.
