If they only knew

They think they really know me
and yes, for a part they do
But some things I keep for myself
Oh, if they only knew

They know my taste of music
They know which food I like
Al those little things they know
even the colour of my bike

They know it when I'm happy
When I smile and having fun
And mostly they are the reason
The fun really begun

They also know it when I'm down
When I'm having a bad day
But then I say: Oh it's nothing
Soon this feeling will go away

But if they only knew
That I only have bad days
If they only knew
That this isn't a phase

Sometimes I want to tell them
About this dark feeling inside
And about all those times
When I silent cried

But I just can't do that
I don't want them feel bad
And I know they will
When they know that I'm sad

So they think they really know me
And yes, for a part they do
But some things I keep for myself
Oh, if they only knew
