Silent Sin

by SilenceBreaksTheHeart   Sep 9, 2006

Sweet temptation
calls out my name.
A slight hesitation,
a feeling of shame.

I tried to fight it
I tried so hard.
The sin I commit
has left me scarred.

I said I wouldn't,
it's a big mistake.
I know I shouldn't...
but this one I'll make.

I take the blade,
make one little slice.
Feel the cut made,
and do it twice.

I silently bleed,
I cry out the pain.
I fulfilled my need,
hope I don't do it again.

***I do not cut myself, it's fiction, but I feel like it a lot...and I have friends that do.
