Losing The Fight.

Heart constricting,

feelings conflicting.

Fighting the tears,

consumed with fears.

A broken soul,

no longer whole.

So closed in,

the screams begin.

Feel the pain come,

my body goes numb.

Lose my breath,

I'll welcome death.

I'm losing the fight,

will you make it alright?

The blood will flow,

I loved you so.

***I dunno...I'm so sad...I don't know why.

    The short lines gave it more of an...impact though that's not the right word. In the middle a slight prob but not overly so. Enjoyed the way it went together. The words added weight to this piece.
