Four Seasons

Four Seasons

You've uprooted my summer love
Cultivated sediments of me
You worked like a thieve in the night
Stole my precious gems
Harbored in my buried chest
Pain beyond distress
Seeds I've grown to nurture
Fruits of my labored love....left harvestless
Fall has taken the colors out of you
Just foliaged memories.
May your aqueousness wash you away
Dry season comes without warning
Stealing my spring
Your love as cold as the worst winter storm
Years like I've never seen before
Snow angels can not save us
Four Love Seasons of division
