Stronger Than That

You can clip my wings
But my heart will always soar
You can chain me down
But my soul's forever more

The bruises you inflict
Will be gone tomorrow
And you can never make me remember
The hurt, pain, and sorrow

So give up now
Because your defeat is fact
You can never break me
Because I'm stronger than that
