For all you know

by Tainted Beauty   Sep 16, 2006

I'm not perfect,
I have certainly made my share of mistakes,
I've hurt, I've cheated,
And I've lied right to your face,

I know how to hide my deeds well,
I am a master of the art,
I fight my conscience,
So i feel no remorse when i break your heart,

I am cold,
You will never see my expression crack,
I am constantly on guard,
Suspisous of an attack,

I am evil,
But you've never seen me from the inside,
I keep my distance from you,
Because this is the part I want to hide,

I am cruel to you,
In my twisted kind of secret way,
I take your thoughts and twist them,
I create a new weapon with every word you say,

I've beat on you,
But you've stood by, ignorantly,
You have no idea what I'm doing,
And for all you know, you should like me.
