Im sorry

by argueing with the rain   Sep 18, 2006

Giving in to all my sin
crimson rivers flowing from broken skin
20 angels coming to see
all the glass inside of me
briefly eyes open, glancing at the door
see my mother crying on the floor
listening to the phantoms
maybe now you'll hear my silent tantrums
waking up in a hospital bed
family starring, nothing said
so ashamed, forgive your son
no way to explain what I've done
tearing your hearts out with a spoon
my selfishness lit up the room
please leave now, disown your child
nothing will fix what I've defiled
a torment which was never seen
laying waste to all your dreams
lacking the strength to look at you again
your tears destroying me deep within
goodbye now, my memory fading with the wind
i will relapse once more, giving in to my sin
