You are the reason my heart is broken.
Never again could it be mended.
You shattered my fragile heart.
You tore it apart.
I have tried to forget about you.
But all I can think is I love you.
I have cried for hours at a time.
You said I would be fine.
I give in to your lies.
And I did not listen to what I seen in your eyes.
I should have known you would break my heart.
I saw it from the start.
But now my heart is just a piece of a memory.
