Come to your senses

by Josh   Sep 19, 2006

Insightful deliverance
Eternal encumbrance
Feed his thoughts to the machine
A walking deception
Benign infection
Gains power when conscience is clean

Bruise their eyes
Exalting lies
Riding on a wake of pain
Toppling light
Through doors of spite
From a time of utter disdain

Crippled ideal
A passive zeal
In the midst of a blowing wind
Punch out a mold
As the day grows old
And come to your senses again.
