How could you slip away
From my hands and make me cry?
How can you just slip away
From my arms and my eyes?
You were so special to me,
I wish I could never let you go.
But we had to leave our hearts
Broken and Alone.
You made me laugh, you made me smile.
I looked into your eyes......
I saw someone I never saw.
A soul that can't say goodbye?
I loved you like no other.
It was just you and me here.
I wish you didn't go
Slip Away and disappear.
