Sweet-Scented Melody ((c) 1989)

by Kenneth Scott   Sep 22, 2006

O my love,
Where were you all my life, before we were?
You breathe love into me,
Like a sweet-scented melody.
Always I feel your lips caressing mine,
Like a gentle breeze in the warm summer of forever.
Feel me in our love,
As the bellowing-red power of the sea,
Silently massaging the Heart of our tenderness
Into Ecstatic Joy,
Silently kneading your dreams
Into the pleasure of our union,
Let me be the joy of your life,
Even as you are of mine.
I bless the LORD for your love.
