She cries in her fathers hand

by cowgirlstar26   Sep 24, 2006

There's a girl

who walks the busy hall

head hung low

she stays close to the nearest wall

she goes to class

and all she does it write

wearing out the paper

of how she hates her life

dull grey eyes

once so full and bright

pale white skin

she hides from all the light

her wounds are deep

they go beyond the bone and marrow

the only hope she has

is with what her savior has for her tomorrow

girls they talk

the guys laugh and scorn

as this fallen angels tries

to find her wings so torn

she used to smile

this girl had everything

then she screwed it up

now so cold and empty

rejection at every corner

she knows her every mistake

logged in her life story

so many chapters faked

so she remains

in this bone chilling state of mind

where the rain gives her comfort

and in her fathers hand she cries.....
