Heavenly Father Above.
Whats this thing called love?
Please explain to me, these things i cannot bare..

How can I feel this way,
Like I can't make it through the day.
If you're there why can't you seem to help?

They say you made us all;
But then why have you made us fall?
How could you do this to those you say you love?

So heavenly father above,
Show me this thing called love,
For I have never felt this emotion before..

Are you who they say?
Are you able, to change my fate?
can you alter what I was destined to be?

Take me away from here,
Help my thoughts to clear,
That is only if you truly are what they say.

Please!
Show me...
the truth..
I can't stand,
not knowing what to believe..

Please!
Show me...
what is real..
I must know
if you are what I perceive you to be......

This decision, must me made,
will you help me through the day?
or will instead you turn the other cheek?

    and i personally like the doubt you portrayed...it showed emotion that way.

    Showing god's forgiveness in everyday life, In times of trouble and times of strife, Let the love of mercy flow thru in your heart, And just let your spirit never depart. No matter what it's you need, If it's god will he'll give you the nod, And no matter what this world has to say, Everything is possible with god! anyway, great poem though, it's simply but flowed with beautiful emotions...marvellous penned! have a great weekend, take care!
