What a change

The good omen
the sunshine
at its best gives us warmth and happiness
as well as a beautiful day

today this omen
has given me a change
a day where i was happy

i had my best friends around me
making me feel better about everything
there was music and a relaxed day at school
things were better than before

the horrible thoughts that plauge me
have taken a break and allowed me a good day
a day where i was allowed reminders of what was once there and what still remains

i smiled and laughed...hugged my friends and sang
it was such a change that i want thigns to stay this way and never go back to what they were.
