Sorry was the hardest word to find
it took so long and ive wasted time
i treasure you as youre sublime
forgive me o friend of mine

like a stab in the heart
our bond suddenly went dark
so please i ask just try
forgive me o friend of mine

what ive done to thee
i was blind to see
i realise now of my crime
forgive me o friend of mine

it was someone else who left me insane
someone alse who must take the blame
please accept as you are so kind
forgive me o friend of mine
