It hasn't faded

by just a little girl   Oct 12, 2006

I remember purple blossoming
across my unblemished chest
ugly and raw

No one has a right to do that
so who gave it to you
it was you who tainted me

I don't care about the pain
I can deal with that
and the blemish may be gone

But the bruise on my mind
I can't get rid of
because you're still here
