Assisted Suicide

A sense of loss falls between your fingertips
As your telephone hits the ground with a clash
Your eyes begin to water as tears slowly drip
Your legs tremble as you break down and cry

Happiness called in sick again today
With news of a suffering consequence
Suicide turned into a horrifying bloodshed
As wounds begin to bleed uncontrollably

Words you said but didn't mean turned ugly
Guilty thoughts enter your mind as you contemplate
Murderer without a knife who kill the innocent
Your lies were enough to destroy a boy's life

Now suffer with these tears you shed for him
Your life has become a beacon of emptiness
Stay broken into the pieces of his heart
You shattered, as it beats for the last time

    You really do have a way with words. I adored the language of the 2nd stanza especially although the whole piece was well executed.
    The imagery is great and paints a vivid though terrible picture.

    Once again, a wonderful write, everything seemed to flow great, except for one thing...

    "Now suffer with these tears you shed for him"

    I think it would sound better if you got rid of "for him" i was reading it and I thought that it really didn't flow with that in there.

    Other than that, Awesome Job.

    This was an awesome poemm. Your profound thinking is amazing and your talent is a joy to see. I loved the metaphors you put in this, they made it so unique and added you could say a certain flavor to it. The flow was good but I do still think it could be improved with a rhyme scheme. Other than that, absolutely amazing hun. Keep up the great work! 5/5
