Suicide

by Hanna   Oct 16, 2006

*PN: This is a poem I wrote during a bad stage in my life. Luckily I didn't do as I wanted in the poem, and I'm still here writing my poems. Please leave a comment on what you like or how I could improve. Thank you for your time. Enjoy!

No one saw her smile
No one saw her cry
And now that she's no longer here
Everyone asks why

No one ever noticed
The sorrow in her eyes
Her once true happiness torn
By rumours and by lies

I heard they found the note
Upon the kitchen door
And there she was, lying there
Upon the kitchen floor.

It stated very truly
That no one seemed to care
Her life just wasn't worth living
That life just isn't fair.

"Life's just one long journey,
Some stay and some just go
Life just isn't fading fast enough
It really is too slow"

So she ran into the kitchen
Where she found a knife
Placed the blade upon her wrist
And threw away her life.
