Gun Shot

by Suri dawn   Oct 20, 2006

The bullet cuts through.
There is blood everywhere.
There is death always,
when the shot rings out.
Who can hear, now cannot.
Who cannot hear, now can.
And I thought I could trust you.
But then when you asked.
I had to answer. So I said"No,
I'm not like that, like you."
Then you became silent.
Your eyes glazed over.
I had to get away.
And when I turned around,
there was a thunder,
followed by an earthquake.
Then I forgot to feel.
I thought, but felt nothing.
Then I saw red.
From my chest, drew blood.
Then I could feel,
that I never did trust.
Now I have to relearn it,
before the gunshot rings out.
