False Faith

by Void   Oct 20, 2006

Oh weary one, weary one
How long can you stand?
While listening to complaints,
from classes of man?
The apologetic smiles, when one makes his mistakes;
And when caught in trouble, you must run to his aid.

In your glory, Our glory,
We're your creation.
Sent here to work,
Against eternal damnation;
But still we will sin, write our own sorrows
and pray today, that you'll forgive us tomorrow.
To all that is good, All that is great
-On behalf of the world, I give you My thanks.

    Wow, that was breathtaking. The transitions were perfect between each line. Very deep and true, I liked how you used repetition in the first lines.
