Hopefull Horizon

by Jason   Oct 24, 2006

Now fear and rage grip my heart
Grip closing tighter and tighter
Fear that my Sun will move from the sky
Rage against he who would take it from me

Walking in a lonely Abyss
Tormented for years unmarked
Fear that darkness shall envelope me
Rage as I somehow welcome it

A foe who pretends at being the divine hand
Coming as a cloud to darken this bright sky
Fear that I cannot overcome your seeming grace
Rage as your words pierce like arrows

The path is set
Soulless words shall be conquered
Fear shall be cautions guide
Rage my burning strength

Now I stand ready to defend my hopeful horizon

I like this-it is like a defiance to your own originality and thoughts and emotions.Very strong work.Quite impressive.Great language usage, imagery and very emotional.
