Don't Cry, Stay Strong

I wrote this poem in a free period at school.

I'm telling myself not to cry, but to stay strong
But, that's so hard with everything going wrong

So many things are going wrong, now in my life
My mind's filled with emotions of fear and strife
While puzzling questions are lurking all around
Invisible answers just can not be seen or found

Lines on this paper full of pencil marks and pen
Only remind me of my own confusion again
Why is this happening to me, I ask God why
But I'm answered with silence, left with a sigh

I'm telling myself not to cry, and to stay strong
But, that's so hard with everything going wrong
