God Please Forgive Me,
I've Made So Many Mistakes,
My Innocence Is Scarred,
And My Heart Aches.

I've Begged And Pleaded.
I've Wished And I've Prayed,
I Need Your Forgiveness,
Cause Lord; I'm Afraid.

I'm Battered And Bruised,
And I Don't Know What From,
Cause Father I Don't Remember,
But I've Done Something Dumb.

I've Sinned Another Night,
By Doing Whats Not Aloud,
I've Given Away My Purity,
Before I Have Vowed.

Oh Go; I've Messed Up,
Again What Have I Done,
I Have Ruined My Life Already,
But Yet Its Just Begun.

I Cant Ask You To Forget This,
But I Hope You'll Find A Way,
Because I Need Your Forgiveness lord,
And Full Of Truth I'll Pray.

But If Over Looking Is Forbidden,
Then I'll See You Sooner Than Planned,
Because Father I Cant Walk This Earth,
With Your Guiding Hand.

    I'm not religious at all...but this has to be one of my favourite poems that I have read on the site...so beautiful and moving, and I liked how it was filled with both despair and hope at the same time.
    The only thing I could suggest on this is to try and eliminate some of the fillers (I, and, you etc) to make the flow absolutely flawless.
    My favourite part of this would be the final stanza, it hit me hard and the last line made me smile.
