Killing to Stop the Hurt

by rachael   Nov 20, 2006

The blade swipes my porcelain skin
I let free my burning blood
It pours out of my hungry veins
I want my room to flood

Feeling the evil escape my body
Puts my troubled mind at ease
Somewhere within my conscious self
Common sense screams, "Help me please"

I've made a new form of poetry
That doesn't utter a single word
Slowly committing my suicide
Killing to stop the hurt
