No one really knows the pain
No one knows how it feels
The nights I spent crying
Nights wishing the scar heals

I hate the fact that no one knows,
The fact that no one seems to care
I hate how life is always disapoiting
I hate how life is never fair

People wonder why im like this
Why I never say how I truly feel
Because you could never understand
So my feelings and thoughts I conceal

I know that's not a good thing
But im so tired of trying to explain
So I'll just here alone and think
Watching tears fall down like rain

One day maybe I'll find the words
That could make you just know why
But until then, I'll put on a smile
And bury the pain inside
