Love's Black Secrets

Love's Black Secrets

`Who is to say?
Love will dance away
Takes your heart and your dreams
Leaving the truth for all to see that was love's evil deed
Would take from you all that is good
And leaving you standing in the dark forest of shame
Only thing that grows there is hate
Your fear takes hold of your throat
Slowly removing all your hope
As you fall to your knees
Praying for the bleeding to cease
You wish for the end
To relieve all the pain
That is slowly eating you away
As you try to survivor all the hate that is inside
And your life slowly falls apart
You remember the thought
That got you here
Those simple dreams of loving you
How could it have come to this?
I have nothing left inside
I having tried my very best
To find a way to live in peace
But the pain of your betrayal
Is too much for me
Loneness holds me every night
And whispers to me, be afraid
Love's hate has not taken all from thy
And life's truth reminds us of love's evil deeds
