A real illusion...

You go so far just to come close again,
your actions seem queer since you say we're just friends.
The way you act,
makes me long for more.
But the wisdom I lack,
to know you've never thought this way before.

You amaze me with your adorable smile,
but you don't notice me notice you all the while.
And the next time you smile,
I'll try not to look,
but a curve of your lip,
and oh how I shook.

I am really confused,
my screws seem loose.
Why do you act like you want me,
but say differently?

Are you just shy?
That's why you lie?
Why, why why...
I see you stare,
but maybe I was dreaming,
because you know I dare.

I dare to dream,
float along this stream.
I don't want to drown,
all it takes is from you is a frown.
Such a dangerous game,
is my heart your aim?

Save me,
and tell me what you really feel..
But then again don't,
Because this maybe an illusion,
it may not be real.
