Inner Wilting Rose.

by MissAlotta   Dec 8, 2006

Down The Rose Thorn
It Gradually Drips Below
Devouring Life's Marrow
Until Nothing Left To Grow

Drenched In Heart Ache
It Tries to Mold Into Bliss
Although Not Quite Satisfied
With The Remaining Gaiety Amiss

Hiding In Deep Shadows
It Tries to Isolate Within
Ashamed Of What It is
No Hope Left To Feign Grin

It Has Efficiently Hid The Depression
Beauty of The Bud Does not Hide
Its Appearance May Seem Happy
But Shattered Its Heart is Inside.
