Until That Day

by Josh Barrett   Dec 10, 2006

Since that last Easter,
I remember every moment,
Every step I took,
Still I am not content.

Wondering what you look like,
waiting for the day,
waiting to feel you,
yet wondering what to say.

Until that moment,
until we see,
until we grasp,
our life long destiny.
Please take the chance,
understand what I say,
think of me,
until that day.

As I wonder what you wonder,
as I think what I think you think,
and I stare into the skies,
and I sing.

As I wipe my tears,
as I sing this song,
I still will wait,
and wonder how long.

Until that moment,
until we see,
until we grasp,
our life long destiny.
Please take the chance,
understand what I say,
think of me,
until that day.
