The little boy,
abandoned by his mother,
abused by his father,
and denied by his brother.

He left home that day,
packed his one dollar,
never told them he was leaving,
from his father and mother.

But now he regrets it,
cause a little boy cant sleep,
in a small box,
on the cold hard street.

Winter has came,
so has the snowstorm,
he cries hoping,
his tears will keep him warm.

Today his brother,
found him in the box,
only stared at him,
and gave him a pair of socks.

'I know you dont wanna stay,
at our home anymore,
since you walked,
out of the door.'

'So take these socks,
and try to stay warm,
out in this wintery cold,
terrible snowstorm.'

'I love you so much,
and I am so sorry,
I hope you love me,
and understand what I say.'

His brother walked away,
he was gone,
the boy just cuddled the socks,
and wished he had a home.
