Vampiric Love.

by Sarah Ann   Dec 17, 2006

((I wrote this poem based on a book called 'Twilight' by Stephenie Mayer, for a contest.))

Through darkness floats a whisper
As he rushes down to kiss her
Adrenaline pumping,
Heart has seized a beat
Bella's fallen in too deep

Glances, and smiles, fluttery feelings
Scent is alluring.
Deadly,
Appealing.
A vampire's poison, boiling inside
Suppressed by his loving
Yet torn by his pride.

*Bella is a name from the story.
