It

Black eyes watch in darkness
Bloodly skinned-off fingers grow into fists
He's hungry
And he's already spotted his prey

Two little kids
Who just wanted to play ghosts in the graveyard
Their mom doesnt know
And no hope is shinning now

The monster waits to make its move
Creeping to make no sound
He keeps himself in silence
As the little children hop along like nothing's wrong

The scabbed thing with just black eyes and a gooey mouth
No skin attached to it
Just the redness of muscles
The most horrored monster is about to pounce

It makes its attack
And reaches its target
Viciously wanting to eat
He grabs the closest one

He twists the young boys head
And then his body
Every inch
Breaking by its grip

He rips the skin off the little boy
And eats his skin
And each and every one
Of his body organs

Then formation happens
He turns into the little boy
Every perfection
Taking place

The other little boy had already ran back
To their parents
Afraid and long hidden
Behind their mother

The thing walks in
Transformed as the little boy
Mother doesn't notice a thing
And goes upon her work

But the whole family will begin to see
The boy isnt the boy
Its the it that is hungry for death
And death will be certain

Later that night
He stands upon his parents and brother
Kills them all in one second
With poisoned blood

It walks out the door
With another family killed
Walks out the door and retransforms
Just waiting for another family to die

This was a little confusing because of the structure.
Apart from that, I enjoyed the imagery you used in this.
I thought the flow seemed kind of shaky in some places, but apart from that it was okay.
