Distorted Image

by Jackie*   Dec 28, 2006

Fat, fat everywhere,
that is all I see.
They tell me that's not true,
aren't they looking at me?
They say my image is distorted,
when I look into the mirror.
But I know what I see,
and I see the fat so clear.
They say my eating disorder voice,
is telling me a bunch of lies.
But I see the number on the scale,
after all, I do have eyes.
Fat, fat everywhere,
that's all I ever see.
So I'll do whatever it takes,
to become extremely skinny.
