One More Goodbye

B= boys thoughts.
G= girls thoughts.

G: One more goodbye,
Can I do this?
One more night of heart break,
Can I go without his kiss?

B: One more look,
Doesn't she know I love her?
One more frown,
That my love would never falter?

G: He can't even look me in the eyes,
Does he know how much I hurt?
I just want his arms around me,
Pull me in close, give me comfort

B: I can't look at her without crying,
Can she see the red rimming my eyes?
Tell her I hate her,
Those words filled with lies

G: He passes me in the hallways,
No glance, no smile, no green eyes looking my way,
If he only knew the pain I feel,
Tears streaming at night hardly delay

B: "Goodbye" I say, not able to turn away,
Its hard to turn my back on her, betray

G: "Uhh... I" I can't say the words,
Can't say farewell, leave, move onward

B: "Hey, I-" No. She doesn't love me,
To touch her cheek, smile sweetly

G: "Goodbye..." I finally say back,
My eyes fill with tears, no more backtrack

He lifts a hand, too late as she walks away,
The pain in his heart, now on display

G: He doesn't care.
B: I care so much...

G: He hates me.
B: I don't hate her...

G: I want him back.
B: I want her back.

G: I still love him.
B: I still love her...
