Waterfalls dream

by Sar   Jan 2, 2007

Sitting in the breeze that lightly blew her hair,
looking back on her life with a hypnotised stare
as a memery hits her, she cries on the ground,
she had wanted to be helped, wanted to be found,
still loving them as their hatred rang so loud,
always tried so hard to make them proud
with blood on her wrist, mud on her skirt
craving the pain, she deserves to hurt
succumbing to the darkness as the night ticks away
feeling weaker, sinking deeper, thoughts leading her astray,
heart beating, clock ticking, syncronised in time,
the rain poured down to the midnight chime,
lonely tears fall down as she loses her fight,
there is no hope, no future in sight
standing in the moonlight, her shadow exposed,
dancing to the music the wind had composed,
her heart shone out with one lonesome beam,
free at last to dream a waterfalls dream.
